I ended up finding out that an older version of Final was the issue. I ended up finding that the new version of 7 would accept the card (8400) but the version I tried with 4.5 was looking for AGP...

That's exactly what happened. The DSDT had memory locked at 1gb limit due to the original ram in my laptop and it caused havoc like you wouldn't believe.

Most people could just change your dsdt...

Cookie I've never seen anything like it. I couldn't believe it myself but it thrashed my entire system (thanks to 1gb memory limit in my dsdt). Even after removing the dsdt I started getting issues...
