[cite] minibuu:[/cite]this sucks, this is the only thing preventing me from using it 100%
I could never get sata dvd to work with nforce, why don't you buy an sata to ide converter then you can use that until a fix comes along.

oh man! I feel good now because it was not only me who has this problem. I did try to burn 3 DL-DVD with my Toast Titanium 9.0.2 with two different DVD drivers
but every time it will crash at 74% or 82% and it will show me a Message that I need to restart my Leopard. I can burn with windows vista using Nero with out any problem just with Leopard...

I have two IDE DVD Drives and one SATA.

Ha your lucky that you at least got to like 74% or what ever. Mine it would start saying its going to record the first sector or something, then say finish, then say burn failed, without even putting anything on the disk at all. Ill stick with windows for a while til they can fix this cause im not going to go buy a ide dvd-rw

[cite] WinLinMac01:[/cite]Guy's, even I can't successfully burn CDs/DVDs in MacOSX using Disk Utility. I always get an error. =( That's the only issue I haven't really been that concerned about since I've burned files using Windows XP in Parallels.
I tried using Parallel and window xp but I get the same error in the parallel version of xp as mac os x. I have no problem burning on a regular version of xp

From what I understand its a driver issue. Because as I remembered every software I tried recognized my dvdrw it just wouldnt burn anything. So I am going to guess that its a driver (but still possible a software) issue. I keep hearing wait for MeDevil to release a new Kext for NForce motherboards. Its funny because Rev.1 didnt work with my drive (it saw it but couldnt read anything) and Rev. 2 can see and read, but it cant write. Im wondering if I have to wait for Rev. 3 before I can burn cds and dvds.
