iATKOS v4i is the latest Intel Only OSx86 DVD released by the OSx86.Turk team.
Unfortunately details have not been released yet and will be posted as soon as published. However, users can expect that v4i fixes system bugs of v2.

At 3th July 2008 Apple filed a lawsuit against the manufacturer of the ‘Open Mac’, called Psystar.
Psystar had been selling regular PCs with pre-installed Mac OS X Leopard since middle of april. Apple accuses Psystar of violating the Apple Terms of License, copyright and trademark infringement.

Recently the famous BrokenStones private torrent tracker for everything Mac disappeared.
The server was suspended by their webhost due to the malaysian government ordering torrent sites shutdown. You can find more information regarding the shutdown here.
However, fellow BrokenStones members no longer have to miss their favourite place. A new place called The Eye of The Storm has been raised by several people in only seven days.

The latest Mac OS X Kernel has been released.
Shortly after Apple supplied the new Update including the new kernel, modbin had already finished his job and posted his 9.4.0 AMD & Intel OSx86 compatible Kernel via IRC.
