Radically altered dsdt for ga-p35-ds3l
I thought I'd just upload a copy of this for anyone who's interested, it's not my work I've just put it together from other peoples work.
The dsdt is based on one from a mac pro and has had a few tweaks edits to make everything work. And every thing does. Included is graphics for nvidia 8800gs The processor section is for my e5300 overclocked to 3.66ghz I've also made a version of this for GA-G31M-S2L that works just as well if anyone is interested When using either of these dsdt files the only extensions needed are fakesmc.kext and a kext for audio, shutdown and restart working with appropriate boot file Last edited by Ianxxx; 03-16-2010 at 12:29 AM. |

???
With your HDEF i did not have my audio shown in about this mac. And i Changed the device ids in SATA so that it is shown as ICH10, I think i am getting better performance with ICH10 than ESB2. |

I can't tell any difference between that and ICH10 performance wise. |

Does autosleep work? I'm searching for a good fix for that.

Gateway MX 8738 - Retail, vanilla Snow Leopard 10.6.2 (thanks kizwan!) with Chameleon RC4, modified DSDT. Upgraded to Core 2 CPU (easy to do). Upgraded to 640GB drive. Everything but SD card working. Minor niggles. GMA950 with QE/CI and *no* artifacts. iMac (luxo/lamp) G4 with Tiger. |
