This update's probably a piece of cake for Intel Hacks.
And fair enough Hara. ![]() And AMD Software Update tripped on it, so I'm going to have to download the Vanilla version and manually patch it. Bleh lol. Custom Hackintosh...AMD Athlon X2 5000+ (2.6 GHz) on GA-MA78GM-S2H...Linksys WMP300n Wireless...ALC889a sound...ATI HD 3650 PCIe...1 GB DDR2 RAM...320GB Western Digital SATA + 200GB Seagate IDE HDD...Rosewill DVD-RW IDE...Running Kalyway upgraded to 10.5.7...All Fully Functional |

True Ali C. Its much easier on Intel Hacks. As updates don't come that often I also don't mind spending few extra minutes tweaking AMD box. 10 more mins and we have no worries for the next couple of months ;-)

Just update with comboupdate dmg and install voodoolike kernel(9.6.0)+seatbelt.kext (10.5.6) and it works on my both iPC and iDeneb (AMD Venice, nforce4, geforce 8500gt 512). Should not be a problem at all.

(Too early to be sure but) things look OK here too. Delta upgrade, nice to see the native ICH10 support. Didn't bother with fixing the cpu info yet:
Most people are so lazy, they don't even exercise good judgement! Hack: Asus P5Q-EM, Intel Q6600, Crucial 8GB DDR2, nVIDIA 8800GT/512MB, Optiarc AD-7200S, A few HDs (All SATA), X.5.7 Retail Into it just for the fun of it... |

Why you are patching update package on AMD if you are using Voodoo kernel?
It should work with Voodoo with no patching. |
