Cool, I used to have that one as my avatar once on another forum. Nice to see its being used. I think you should whiten OS X. Keep up the good work though, I should my own too and share it with you all. =p
Is that an apple I see transparent near the AMD logo? That looks sleek. =)

Question: Why is "All Rights Reserved" off-centered?

Na, doesn't look good, there are too many things in one picture. The eye has no place to focus on it, neither the asymmetric placed Apple logo nor the AMD logo on the kinda 'motion-blur' perspective. The reflection of the logo has no real ground (compare with CoverFlow), and the 'OS X Version 10.5.2' destroys it at all. At least I would change it like this that the logo is not a straight square, it should have a gradient,a blur or a glow which matches smoothly with the background.

P.S.: The HUD style of the 'About this Mac' window is also on other system windows. Try holding 'ctrl+F12' for example.
