Atheros PCI adapter on OSx86 10.5.5
Hello,
I installed iAtkos v5i on my pc. Nearly everything's working fine except the wireless adapter. I have a PCI TP-Link TL-WN551G, which is using the Atheros AR5212 chipset. What do I have to do to use it under OSx86? Thanks |

here's a link on the topic. should be straight-forward if you follow the Leopard process.

This is hit and miss. I have never gotten this to work even with the instructions on Insanelymac.com
You can have the same chipset on 2 different systems and it works on one and not the other, mainly due to other hardware on the motherboard conflicting. It is not a perfect science. |
