ok down at the audio out portion of your screenshot click where you see the 6-ch/16-bits and change that to 2, also edit the aggregate and remove the input from it. leave that one separate.

Open up System Profiler and click on Graphics/Displays. If it says Core Image:Hardware Accelerated and Quartz Extreme:Supported your good to go.

you could try copying the Extensions.mkext to your hard drive /system/library , see if that happens to work. It will load the same drivers as the install DVD.

No it has nothing to do with Marvin's utility. Parallels just does a CPU check when it installs.
