SIGILL means Illegal Instruction, AKA, FCPX called a SSSE3 which doesn't exist on your AMD cpu.

Final Cut Pro X is 64 bit only, the solution could be a SSSE3 emulator (Which doesn't exist yet)

Nope, the kernel has both i386 and x86_64 parts, but you can't run it without -force64 (If you are booting with arch=i386) because application binaries are only x86_64 :-|

Premier CS5.5 won't work in AMD legacy_kernel because it needs SSSE3, and AMD doesn't implement that instruction set on their pre-bulldozer cpus, so you have to run Premiere in your Core 2 Duo system...

For the usb messages, did you disable the usb legacy support (In BIOS, because it seems that in OHCI, usb 1.1, is the problem)???

If doesn't work, maybe using usb kexts from 10.6.8 can do the trick

Final Cut Studio 3 (Final Cut Pro 7 and etc) works in AMD, but you need to install the latest pro apps update (Download with Apple Sofware Updater, you will probably need to change the serial number)...
