Try EFI strings, EFI Studio makes it fairly brainless to use EFI strings. Be sure to uninstall all your video drivers from prior attempts.

Why don't you use EFI strings? It's easy to do especially with a tool like EFI Studio or something.
Also, just curious, does it work perfectly in Windoze? If not,you might try re-seating the card...
