I thought i read somewhere that when doing EFI on MBR you can have a max of 4 partitions? Maybe someone else remembers reading about some limitations.

Ok ill attach it here if it lets me. Remove you old AppleNforceATA and just install this. I used to get lots of yellow text spamming during bootup, but with just this it only detects my nforce...

Anyone clone a GUID drive before? Have any issues? Was going to clone a working 10.5.2 GUID install. Figure I will just have to flag it the same as the original for EFI.

My guess is either you didn't install EFI correctly, or you forgot to fix the permissions on AppleSMBIOS.kext. Either of those will break the bootup process.

ok just did a fresh install of 10.5.1 and upgraded to 10.5.2 without any issues that I can see. Will have to test out some of the programs to make sure they are working. Will check back in after.
