I had to put my IDE DVD drive as master and then I could boot fine with some distros like iAtkos 10.5.7 and some others I forget. . ....

That's just it. I DID upgrade, to a quad core Phenom AMD with 4 gigs of ram, and you know what? Leopard IS better than tiger! I don't know what I was thinking. . .sorry about this post

I bought a new XFX nForce 750a SLI motherboard with a 64 bit Phenom Quad Core only to find Still Waiting for root on just about every DVD I had. . .

I had to use my wife's computer to install iPC...

I've installed it before so I know it works, I think it was a modified driver tho. . ....
