Well, as i moved to Snow Leopard i somehow lost my Webcam Support ;(
It shows the Webcam as unknown device.
Any ideas?

EDIT: using camtwist i get a picture again ..

your problem is the missing support for you (harddisk) chipset. The Acer Aspire X3200 seems based on a Nvidia Nforce 720a chipset, doesnīt it? So you need a distro supporting you chipset. I dont know...

in the later case the problem would be the missing chipset (ide/sata) support for your board.

best way to back this up (and the kexts) is to use osx86tool :)

because you could also add the ethernet card via efi-studio so it is recognized as build in.
works for timemachine, so it could work for uuid as well.
