i use vanilla kernel.

i downloaded the combo update from apple (which i used on my real mac too). installed it on the hackintosh. rebooted. it failed. i rebooted ran -v on bootloader to figure out why. it successfully boots. my board is an intel dg31pr so i had to patch my sound card again. other than that 10.5.7 is running.
