This blue screen with mouse issue pointer after booting could be because of the LeoGraphicsUpdate Package. Also some/all MacPro Users with an ATI HD have this problem:

I think we have to wait for an bugfix of this update. Or has somebody a workaround?

Mac Users have solved it with resetting the PRAM:

But what should we do instead of resetting the PRAM?
