I have do a test to install this 10.5.2 rev1 on my sata2 320Gb hd.During installation ,i can select english language and go into the disk utility.I am able to see my 320Gb hd and its partition.I didn't go further because i don't want to interface my winxp and vista on the hd.There is important data on my hd.
I intend to buy another sata2 320Gb hd to install leopard.
My question is ,can i install leopard with sata2 hd ? I don't want to spend a lot of money buy hd ending can not use it for leopard.I know integrated graphic 6150 not function well ,i just want to give it a try.i will buy a video card later.

I installed the 10.5.2 Rev 1 on a WD 320gb SATA2 drive with no problems on a DFI Lanparty Ultra-D with Opteron 170. Just remember on a new drive you must partition and Fdisk to make the partition active. Installs perfectly for me with no problems. Time Machine works, network works, video works with no patches. I use a NVidia 6600GT 128MB card. The Rev 2 version had some network issues so I use Rev 1.

I had taken out one ide hd 160 gb from my old amd pc.Connected as primary ide master, formatted ,partitions and activated it.

When i install pure leo on the ide hd and installation was smoothly.But when i reboot after installation,it show "HFS+ partition error".

I have noticed the error message during installation."jnl unknown -devpen : phys.blk32 2048 does not match journel header size 512".

No matter how i partition , re-size and install leo,same error message appearred.
That's only one leo o.s. in the ide hd.

Anyone know what is the problem ?
