To get all glyphs and characters go to: 'System Preferences/International/Input Menu' and check the 'Character Palette'. Now you'll see your country flag in the menu bar which can then be clicked on to reveal the character palette that contains every single glyph that the system has. Now when you need something in particular double click on the glyph and it will be automatically inserted into the text input area.

Hilarious, I know how to do this, but I was too lazy, so I did a google search: AMD AthlonTM and woolah, the full processor name for my specific model showed. Copied and pasted the text to about this mac strings, and feels like apple finally enabled AMD architecture support, lol.
