I think it was an install-time option, but if you didn't select it, all is not lost: Insert your Hazard DVD, open a Terminal, and type this command:

cp -r /Volumes/*Hazard*/System/Installation/Packages/AMD.pkg ~/Desktop
This will copy the package to your desktop. You should then be able to double-click it to install it. |
