How to install Mac OSX on my Computer ? (Intel E7300 & Sapphire Radeon 4850)

I'm new here.As you can see.
If i have my thread in a wrong section please move it to the right one.

I want the full guide if anyone can tell me,

What do i need for me to install a Mac OSX , even a (Genuine i can buy it).Or a Pirate one,through the torrent site's.

What are the Programs that i will need ?

Please inform me,and specific inform me,if someone had already done something like that on this kind of hardware.

My Computer Specification:

Motherboard : ASUS P5E X38
Core : Intel Core Duo E7300 (Default Clock's)
Memory (RAM) : Kingston 2x2 GB (1066 Mhz)
GPU : Sapphire Radeon 4850 Dual Sink
