I dont know what else to do so I would really appreciate any guidance you could give.

Thanks.
you will have to be more specific

I'm not too sure what you mean here but it seem possibly to be more kernel panic. With whatever Chameleon bootloader you are using hit the spacebar then type '-v' at the prompt and hit <enter> (the big key on the right - without the quotes). Write down any error messages - especially ones that say kernel panic (hopefuly with the kext that caused it) also try booting with -v -x or (verbose and safe mode) or -v -f (verbose and force loading of kexts) see if it boots ok then. Maybe seeing as how you've altered things using macdrive and windows (dunno how this works) you may have permission problems. In any event if you manage to boot sucessfuly repair permissions using disk utility. I am not in any sense an expert so someone may take pity on us (lol) and come up with some neat solution. In any event it would be really useful if you could post your machine specs. ta.

P.S. really try looking for your install disc.
