Have you tried to modify the S/L/E and also unpack the extensions.mkext to remove the uncompatible kexts and add the current working ones from Snow-Leo
If you have a spare partition,
you can try to install the lion from your current working Snow-Leo by running the OSInstall.mpkg
or you can try to install it on a VM (recommended: VirtualBox)

Ok, I will try with VirtualBox (I was trying with Parallels and I couldn't install it because of the license agreement)
And I will make a 8GB partition to dump Mac OS X Lion on it.
Thanks mate!

None of the methods worked, same reboot when Starting Darwin X86 appeared
Looks like the problem is on the oldie AM2 processors, I see that the only cpus that are working are AM3 (Athlon II and greater)
System- MoBo: MSI K9N2GM-FD, Chipset GeForce 8200 (MCP78)
- CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ @3,02 Ghz
- RAM: Kingston 2GB DDR2 800Mhz + Corsair 2GB DDR2 800Mhz @747Mhz
- VGA: EVGA 9800GT SSC
- HDD: 300GB WD SATAII
- Optical Drive: Sony SATA 24X
- OS: Vanilla Mac OS X Server 10.6.0 + Nawcom ModCD, upgraded to 10.6.8 and Windows 7 x64.
Everything works, except sleep, so system isn't Energy Star compilant .
