Mhh... Did not work for me.
I installed iAtkos new and selected "Azalia" and "X86 ACPI". It booted but didn't find any audio device. So I removed the "Apple Azalia Whatever".kext and installed the VoodooHDA 0.2.2 beta. After a reboot I got the kernel panik again. I have an old SoundBlaster Live card somewhere in the deep of my drawers. Perhaps this works...
