They are out there. Your options are somewhat limited though. Here is an example of a search on New Egg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...0Video%20Cards

These low profile/ half height card are sometimes listed as "low profile ready" These usually have both full and half height brackets which you can swap out. In addition some cards have a removable bracket option sold separately usually for a few dollars. They don't always list this in the specs so you have to do your homework.

I have even found standard cards where the bracket was full height but the actual PCB (the board itself) was pretty much low profile. I actually cut one bracket down to size for a friend but I would not recommend this
