Well you are getting is a Kernel Panic and it's caused by that Chipset driver I told you to use....

As you can take from my sig I don't have any experience with that, but I have heard that this driver causes problems on machines with bigger RAM size...

So you might try if it helps to reduce it with using the "maxmem=" boot parameter...

Otherwise you can of course give a try to latest iAtkos, since it's a newer release it might work better.
