How about a 3d gui where your eyes control which elements are in focus. The computer measures the point of focus "xy" and the diameter of your pupal and does calculations to determine your "z" focus. Maybe even measure the ambient light and that of the monitor to adjust the actual depth of field. Bright monitor=smaller pupal=greater the depth of field. That would make for some intense 3d gaming
