I extracted your Extension.mkext and I saw that there is strange thing.
the thing is there are dublicated files.

These files are

AppleAHCIPort-1.kext
AppleAHCIPort.kext

AppleGenericPCATA-1.kext
AppleGenericPCATA.kext

AppleNForceATA-1.kext
AppleNForceATA.kext

AppleOnboardPCATA-1.kext
AppleOnboardPCATA.kext

IOATABlockStorage-1.kext
IOATABlockStorage.kext

IOUSBHIDDriver-1.kext
IOUSBHIDDriver.kext

for this file there is no dublicate but I found different when I see file name
iokit-1.kext

yeah finally I got IOKit.kext this file and it also seems dublicated.

mach-1.kext
Mach.kext.


In this case I am wondering How you acheive the SB700 get work
because I need it
