The update is a PPF designed to patch an existing Leo4Allv3 iso and includes the Mac OS X 10.5.3 combo update, Chameleon EFI and support for SSE2 based CPUs.

Chameleon is a new EFI and should fix instant reboots for some SSE2/3 users.
The DVD should now boot on all SSE2 machines and allow the installation of Leopard using the 9.2.0 Mach Kernel.

FSB support for the MCP 67 controller is being worked on so expect more patches in the near future.

64bit Snow Leopard on 64-Bit OSx86Netkas has done it again! After some hard work Netkas has not only managed to get Mac OS X 10.6 ”Snow Leopard” up and running on his Intel based Hackintosh, but also in full 64-Bit mode using the 10.0.0d1 64-Bit Mach Kernel.

Aside from the initial statement there is no further information describing how the installation went and if the recently announced EFI-X was ever used.

We’ll keep you posted.
